Our breakfast

Every morning we vary our breakfasts. We strive to offer mostly homemade products or products from local producers such as La Fromagerie La Station and La Boulangerie Au Coeur du Pain.


Whether you have any allergies, intolerances or special requests, we will do everything in our power to ensure you can enjoy one of our sumptuous breakfasts.


TO START


Freshly squeezed juice that morning, espresso or filter coffee, tea or herbal tea of your choice, or hot chocolate.

One day savory, one day sweet, we accompany our breakfasts with a multitude of fresh fruits depending on the arrivals and the season. Whether your stay is two nights or more, we make it our duty to introduce you to a different one every morning.


Please note that breakfasts are at the chef's choice, from starter to main course.

Free-range egg with Chemin Hatley cheese from the Fromagerie de la Station in Au Coeur du Pain bread, smoked ham and hash browns.


Potato gratin, Toulouse sausage, Chemin Hatley cheese from the Fromagerie de la Station and a poached farm egg.


Toast with Chemin Hatley cheese from the Fromagerie de la Station on Owl's Bread , poached egg, bacon and asparagus or mushrooms. -


Fritata with Chemin Hatley cheese and spinach, served with hash browns. -


Bird's nest with scrambled egg, Chemin Hatley from the Fromagerie de la Station and bacon.
